I am an Arizona artist living in the high desert area of New River. I have been creating sculpture and paintings for over 40 years. The beautiful state of Arizona has been the inspiration of most of my sculptures and paintings. I am a graduate of Northern Arizona University, where I received my Bachelors of Fine Arts with emphasis in sculpture, and I earned my Masters in Elementary Education From Arizona State University.
Sculpture and painting and is my passion. Creating figurative, and portrait work has been a highlight of my art career.
I have bronze sculptures around the valley, state, country, and Vancouver, Canada. My most recent sculpture is the life size figure of Coach Bobby Winkles I created for Arizona State University. It is located at the Phoenix Municipal Stadium. I also created the life sized Pat Tillman sculpture which is located in the Sun Devil Stadium at
Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona.
In my art, I create visual stories which are reflected by the individual details I sculpt. Each person who engages with any of my sculptures or paintings always connect on an individual level with what is meaningful and important to them.
